You must do your registration on DND intranet:
- Read the FAQs.
- Make sure that you have the prerequisites.
- Download, complete and save the
Registration Form.
- Send completed form to cfls.vc-fr.elfc-stjean@forces.gc.ca.
If you cannot access DND intranet, please send a message to Mr. Keith West
Keith.West@forces.gc.ca and he’ll send you a copy of the registration form.
